Commission tiers: Standard, Growth and Elite

How the 20%, 30% and 40% tiers work, how you move up, and what happens if you go quiet.

The Affiliate Program has three commission tiers. Your rate is set by referred sales volume, not by follower count or how long you have been in the program.

The three tiers

  • Standard, 20%. Where every approved affiliate starts, from day one.
  • Growth, 30%. Unlocked by referred volume.
  • Elite, 40%. For top partners, with no upper limit.

All three tiers carry the same lifetime attribution and the same ability to set your own discount. The only thing that changes between them is the percentage.

How you move up

Tiers are unlocked by referred sales volume. Once you cross a threshold, every sale after that point pays at the higher rate. Sales made before the threshold stay at the rate you were on at the time.

Exact thresholds are shared with you when your application is approved. They are not published, because they are reviewed periodically and CoinProp would rather tell you your actual number than have you work from a figure that has moved.

Elite has no ceiling

There is no tier above Elite and no cap on it. Whatever volume you do above the Elite threshold, the rate stays at 40%. Your earnings keep scaling with your referrals rather than flattening out at the top.

Your tier and lifetime commissions

Commission is lifetime, so a trader you referred two years ago still pays you when they buy another evaluation. That repeat purchase pays at your current tier rate, not the rate you were on when you first referred them.

Moving from Standard to Growth therefore lifts your rate on your entire existing referral base, not just on new sign-ups.

If your volume drops

Every tier carries a three-month buffer. A slow quarter costs you nothing and you stay on your current rate throughout.

Beyond that buffer you move to the idle rate of 10%. You keep earning that on the traders you have already referred. You are not reset to zero, you do not lose your referrals, and you can work your way back up through the normal volume thresholds.

FAQ

What are the exact volume thresholds for Growth and Elite? They are not published. Your thresholds are shared with you when your application is approved, and your dashboard shows your progress against them.

If I move up a tier, do my existing referrals pay more? Yes for their future purchases. Every repeat evaluation an existing referral buys pays at your current tier rate, so moving up lifts your rate across your whole referral base rather than only on new sign-ups.

Is there a tier above Elite? No, and there is no cap on Elite either. However much volume you do above the Elite threshold, the rate stays at 40%.

What happens if I stop promoting for a few months? Every tier carries a three-month buffer, so a quiet quarter costs you nothing. Beyond that you move to the idle rate of 10% and keep earning it on the traders you have already referred. You are not reset to zero and you do not lose your referrals.

Can I get back to my old tier after dropping to the idle rate? Yes. You move back up through the same volume thresholds as before.

Does my discount code come out of CoinProp's margin or mine? Yours. Your commission is the budget for the discount, which is why you can offer up to your full rate and no further. What CoinProp receives is the same either way.
