Eligibility
- 18 years of age or older
- Able to complete identity verification through Veriff when it is required
- Not listed on any international sanctions list, including OFAC, UN or EU frameworks
- Not a Politically Exposed Person flagged during verification
Veriff supports identity documents from over 230 countries and territories.
Restricted countries
CoinProp does not impose country restrictions beyond those required under international sanctions law. Due to comprehensive OFAC sanctions, services are not available to residents or citizens of Cuba, Iran, North Korea or Syria.
These restrictions apply regardless of payment method. Traders from those countries cannot register, trade or receive payouts.
When verification happens
Not when you buy or trade an evaluation. Verification is required when you pass and your funded account is activated, and before referral earnings can be withdrawn. It is handled through Veriff from your dashboard. See When is identity verification (KYC) required?
FAQ
Is CoinProp available in my country? Unless your country appears in the restricted list above, yes. CoinProp imposes no restrictions beyond international sanctions law.
Do I need to complete KYC before I start trading? No. You can buy an evaluation and trade it right away. Verification comes in when your funded account is activated after you pass.
What is a Politically Exposed Person? Someone who holds or has held a prominent public position, such as a senior government official. PEPs are subject to additional scrutiny under international compliance standards.
What if I cannot pass verification? You will not be able to activate a funded account or receive payouts. In that case your evaluation fee is refunded. Contact support at [email protected].
Can I use a VPN? Yes. Using a VPN is permitted. It does not exempt anyone from the sanctions restrictions above.
