Most evaluation purchases are final and non-refundable. However, you may qualify for a refund if specific conditions are met.

No simulated trading activity has occurred on the evaluation account, and

You submit your refund request within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.
What counts as simulated trading activity?
For refund purposes, simulated trading activity includes actions such as:

Logging into the trading platform

Accessing the evaluation trading environment

Placing, modifying, or interacting with orders
If any of these actions occur, the evaluation is considered used, and the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.
