Am I eligible for a refund?

Refundable within 14 days of purchase if no trades have been placed. Logging in does not affect eligibility.
Updated 3 weeks ago

Most evaluation purchases are final. You may qualify for a refund if you have not traded and you ask within 14 days.

When you are eligible

Both conditions must be met:

  • No trades have been placed on the evaluation account
  • The request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the purchase date

Logging in, opening the CPX terminal or looking around the platform does not affect eligibility. What matters is whether you have placed a trade. Once a trade has been placed the evaluation is considered used and is no longer refundable.

After 14 days the purchase is final regardless of whether you have traded.

How to request one

Contact support at [email protected] or through live chat, with the email used for the purchase, your order or transaction ID, and the purchase date. Refunds are not automatic and are reviewed against the conditions above. See How to request a refund.

FAQ

Does logging in make my purchase non-refundable? No. Logging in and looking at the platform is fine. Eligibility depends on whether you have placed a trade.

I placed one trade and immediately closed it. Can I still get a refund? No. Once a trade has been placed the evaluation is considered used.

It has been more than 14 days but I never traded. Am I eligible? No. Both conditions must be met, so the request has to come within 14 days of purchase.

How will I be refunded? Through the original payment method wherever possible.

What if I am refused KYC after passing? That is handled separately from this policy. If identity verification cannot be completed, your evaluation fee is refunded and no funded account is issued. Contact support at [email protected].
