Am I eligible for a refund?

Most evaluation purchases are final and non-refundable. However, you may qualify for a refund if specific conditions are met.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

You satisfy both of the following conditions:

  1. No simulated trading activity has occurred on the evaluation account, and

  2. You submit your refund request within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. 


What counts as simulated trading activity?

For refund purposes, simulated trading activity includes actions such as:

  • Logging into the trading platform

  • Accessing the evaluation trading environment

  • Placing, modifying, or interacting with orders

If any of these actions occur, the evaluation is considered used, and the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund. 


Important notes

  • Refund eligibility applies only to software access purchases and does not affect evaluation results, program eligibility, or participation in any CoinProp program. 

  • Refunds are not automatic and are subject to review to confirm eligibility.
