How do I reset my password?

There are two ways to reset your password on CoinProp depending on whether you are logged in or not.

If you are logged in

1. Go to your CoinProp dashboard
2. Navigate to Settings
3. Click the Security tab
4. Select the password reset option and follow the on-screen steps

If you are locked out

1. Go to the CoinProp login page
2. Click Forgot Password
3. Enter your registered email address
4. Check your inbox for a password reset link
5. Follow the link and set your new password

Tips for a strong password

• Use at least 12 characters
• Mix uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols
• Never reuse a password from another platform
• Consider using a password manager

FAQ

1. I did not receive a password reset email. What should I do? Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, contact our support team at [email protected] and we will help you regain access.
2. How long is the password reset link valid? Password reset links expire after a short period for security reasons. If your link has expired, request a new one from the login page.
3. Can I change my password without resetting it? Yes. If you are already logged in, you can update your password directly from the Security tab in your dashboard settings without going through the reset flow.
4. Should I enable 2FA after resetting my password? Yes. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication after any password change to keep your account secure. See How do I set up Two-Factor Authentication?
