You are prohibited from using any trading strategy that is expressly prohibited by any Liquidity Provider used by the Company. Such prohibited trading shall include, but not be limited to:

Exploiting errors or latency in the pricing and/or platform(s).

Tick Scalping; Trading making a large number of trades in a short period of time by opening and closing trades very quickly.

Front-running of trades placed elsewhere.

Using any software, artificial intelligence, ultra-high speed, or mass data entry that might manipulate, abuse, or give User an unfair advantage while using the Site or Services.

Utilizing any third-party strategy, off-the-shelf strategy or one marketed to pass evaluation requirements.

Attempting to arbitrage your account with another account with the Company or any third-party company.

Using trading strategies that are difficult to replicate in the live market, or come at a heightened risk when attempting to do so. This includes but is not limited to: trades that would risk being auto-deleveraged due to Margin Requirements, trades resulting in exceedingly large fluctuations in unrealized gains/losses, and more.

Trading more than one Evaluation account at the same time.

Account sharing of any nature, including but not limited to sharing credentials with other users and/or trading multiple accounts from the same household, devices, or IP address.

Reverse Trading: It is not allowed to create trades in opposite directions with a simultaneous duration equal or higher than 60 seconds . If you enter the market with a SELL, in order to trade in the opposite direction (BUY) you must close all your open trades in SELL. Opposite trades (Hedging) on different accounts with different email addresses controlled by the same user, are NOT allowed.

Exploitative strategies such as High Frequency trading, tick scalping, arbitrage or strategies that are not trading according to live conditions are not allowed. Also we do not accept traders who gamble, get all the capital in just one trade or hedging.

These prohibited practices along with any other violation of our Terms and Conditions is also considered a breach and will cause the disablement of your account. To continue trading, you will be required to start the Evaluation again.

We insist that the trader’s freedom is very important, so we accept any type of strategy as long as the risk control is maintained.
